Introducing Our 1% Referral Program
Starting today and running for the next six months, we are offering:

To anyone who refers a project that signs a contract with Danziger Construction.
That’s right — when your referral builds with us, you earn 1% of the total project amount.
No caps. No complicated point systems. Just straightforward appreciation.

The homes we build and the remodels we complete are deeply personal projects. When you send someone our way, you’re putting your reputation behind us — and we don’t take that lightly.
This program is our way of saying:
Your trust matters.
Your referral matters.
And we want to reward it.

All referrals must be introduced and contracted within this timeframe to qualify.

To qualify for a referral reward under this Program:
1. The referred party must be a new client who has not previously contacted, consulted with, or submitted an inquiry to Danziger Construction Company, Inc. prior to the referral.
2. The referring individual must be clearly identified by the referred party at the time of the initial consultation.
3. The referred party must execute a written construction contract with Danziger Construction Company, Inc. during the Program Period.
4. The contracted project must be fully completed in accordance with the executed agreement.
5. Final payment for the contracted project must be received in full.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will render the referral ineligible.
Eligible referring parties will receive a payment equal to one percent (1%) of the total base contract value.
• The referral reward is calculated based on the original base contract amount only.
• Change orders, allowances, upgrades, financing fees, design fees, or any additional amendments may be excluded from the calculation at the sole discretion of Danziger Construction Company, Inc.
• Referral payment will be issued within thirty (30) days after project completion and receipt of final payment.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• Only one (1) referral reward will be issued per contracted project.
• If multiple parties claim the same referral, Danziger Construction Company, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to determine the qualifying referring party.
• This Program may not be combined with other promotional incentives unless approved in writing.
• The referral reward is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another party.
• Danziger Construction Company, Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to issuing payment.
Referral payments issued under this Program may constitute taxable income under federal and/or state law.
Referring parties may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to payment. Danziger Construction Company, Inc. reserves the right to issue IRS Form 1099-NEC (or other applicable tax documentation) for referral payments as required by law.
Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to referral compensation. Danziger Construction Company, Inc. does not provide tax advice, and participants are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.
Danziger Construction Company, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any referral meeting all eligibility requirements and under a fully executed contract during the Program Period will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of contract execution.
Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Under no circumstances shall Danziger Construction Company, Inc., its owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in this Program. The sole remedy available to any participant shall be limited to the payment of an eligible referral reward strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Danziger Construction Company, Inc. and any participant. Participants have no authority to bind or represent the company in any manner.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Program shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or a comparable arbitration service selected by Danziger Construction Company, Inc.
This Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
