From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, Fred is personally involved in ensuring every detail reflects the craftsmanship and quality Danziger Construction is known for. His passion for building lasting relationships is just as important as building exceptional homes—earning the trust of families who return generation after generation. When he’s away from the jobsite, you’ll find him enjoying time on the water or exploring the open road with his wife, Crystal, in their RV.

Lead Supervisor

Known for his attention to detail and steady leadership, Brian oversees projects from the field, ensuring every phase is completed with precision and care. His hands-on approach, strong communication, and commitment to quality help deliver the exceptional craftsmanship Danziger Construction is known for. When he’s not on the jobsite, you’ll find him working on his truck, enjoying the outdoors, or catching up on his favorite anime.

Joseph Danziger

Skilled Trades Specialist

Joseph specializes in precision carpentry, framing, and the installation of windows and doors, bringing accuracy and attention to detail to every stage of the build. His commitment to quality craftsmanship helps ensure each project is completed to the high standards Danziger Construction is known for. When he’s away from the jobsite, Joseph enjoys gaming, exploring new technology, and expanding his knowledge of computers.

Field Operations Specialist

Known for his strength, determination, and hands-on approach, Matthew is always ready to tackle the toughest parts of the job while never compromising on quality. Whether assisting with framing, carpentry, or the finishing details, he takes pride in helping create homes built to last. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and making the most of every sunny day.

As Vice President of Danziger Construction, Crystal oversees the financial and administrative operations that keep every project running smoothly. From budgeting and payroll to client communication, scheduling, and project coordination. Every client receives the attentive service they deserve. Her commitment to organization, transparency, and exceptional customer care helps create a seamless building experience from start to finish. When she’s away from the office, Crystal enjoys RV adventures, time on the water, and watching sunsets with her husband, Fred.
